Vessel Delivery:

We specialize in safe, reliable vessel deliveries. Our licensed and insured captains handle every step ensuring your boat is transported efficiently and securely for storage, service, seasonal haul out or relocation.

What are the Rates?

  • We offer per-NM and Day-rate options for added flexibility.

  • Typical rates are around $400/day for a local delivery in the Chicago region.

  • Competitive, transparent rates for long distance delivery.

  • Actual rates may vary depending on specific location, weather, availability, vessel make and model.

  • Complete the request and we will be happy to send a detailed estimate.

What are the payment terms?

  • Deliveries are quoted in advance based on vessel size, distance, and harbor location.

  • A deposit (50%) is required to secure your delivery date.

  • Final Payment is due upon completion of the delivery.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

What should You Expect?

From the moment your delivery is scheduled, we keep you updated at every step:

  • Estimate approval - We won’t move any vessel until we have written estimate approval.

  • Pre-Delivery - We will send a confirmation email highlighting the date, time, and pickup location.

  • Deposit - You submit 50% deposit.

  • Day of Delivery - Captain arrival notice and vessel inspection report.

  • In-Transit Updates - Optional text/email updates when underway.

  • Completion - Docking confirmation with photos and final condition report.

  • Final Invoice for remaining 50%.

  • Follow Up - We like to know how we did and ensure you are satisfied with our services.

What is required?

  • Minimum of 4 docking lines.

  • Adequate fenders.

  • Proper safety and emergency gear in good condition per United States Coast Guard requirements.

  • Proper anchor and rode.

  • Proof of proper insurance
